7-Day Exchange Warranty

We offer a 7-day checking warranty on all products.

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order if:

• The product is damaged during delivery.

• The product is defective or not functioning as intended.

• The wrong item was delivered.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To initiate a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Order Number

• Clear photos of the product

• A short video showing the issue (if applicable)

Requests received after the 7-day period may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

If your return request is approved:

1. The product must be returned within 7 days of approval.

2. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

3. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included.

4. Please do not place tape, stickers, or labels directly on the manufacturer's packaging.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in the return request being declined.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued through:

• Bank Transfer

• Easypaisa

• JazzCash

(Depending on the payment method and customer preference.)

For orders that qualified for Free Shipping, a deduction of Rs. 200 may be applied to cover the original shipping cost if the return is not due to our error.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Product damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.

• Missing original packaging or accessories.

• Return request submitted after 7 days of delivery.

• Minor color variations caused by photography, lighting, or screen display differences.

Please note that actual product colors may vary slightly from images shown on the website. Such variations do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Damaged Returns

If a returned item is received in an unsatisfactory condition or shows signs of use, MiniMentors reserves the right to reject the return and send the product back to the customer.
